By accessing or purchasing from shirtsdocaralho.online, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products

All products listed on our website are football shirts and related memorabilia. We clearly state the condition of each item (New, Used – Like New, Used – Good, Used – Fair). Product images are for illustration purposes; slight colour variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
  • Used shirts must match the condition described at time of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without our written consent. Football club badges and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
